Cascina Roccalini Barbaresco DOCG 2021 Rosé Le Cupole 2022 er enThe grapes come from the oldest vines on the Roccalini vineyard. Some of the vines are over 60 years old. The wine undergoes a very traditional long maceration, i. e., more than 45 days in classic cement tanks, and subsequently, the wine is aged for 18 months in 30 hl oak barrels from Mittelberger in South Tyrol. The wine is typically Roccalini with a nose of strawberries, dark roses, and ripe cherries. On the palate, there is a fantastic balance and
