Hstet i slutningen af oktober begyndelsen af november. Gring 20 dage p rustfrit stl efterfulgt af 12 mdr. p et stort 25 hl egetrsfad. Solbr, kirsebr og balsamiske noter i nsen, i munden lang lkker frisk juicy elegant
