Blue Borage Neuseeland Tartufi herbs or juniper berriesThe borage flowers, which thrive on barren soils in the pristine valleys of the South Island, are a true natural wonder. Their bright blue blossoms form the basis of a unique honey that delights with a delicate, floral flavor and an almost magical sweetness. The honey harmonizes perfectly with the fluffy, buttery taste of a freshly baked Sunday plait. A true gift of nature in every drop. Flavor: subtle floral notes, delicate, mild. Texture: creamy
