The result is a dry, fresh ros that has it all, full of flavour and with some red wine notes with moderate acidity yet still fresh. Subtle nose, creamy, herbs and hints of fruit and blossoms. In the mouth more subtle fruit tones arise, such as cherries and berries, roasted aromas, plus a green spiciness (willow), a touch creamy and just nice
