Aristargos 2022 Zevenwacht and fine spiceTasting notes The Aristargos 2022 from Winery David & Nadia was made predominantly from Chenin Blanc grapes. The grapes from the two Smillon vineyards were fermented on the skins for a week before being pressed. Afterwards they matured for a year in a very old 2500 liter cask.
