2018 Chardonnay Berrelfermented Pago de Cirsus raspberry and gooseberry notes onThe wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes and, as the name suggests, is barrel fermented. The grapes are harvested by machine at night in the third week of August. Pre fermentation takes place at 5C. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 9 months in new French oak barrels made from wood from the Allier forests. It has a brilliant golden yellow color and the intense aromas of tropical fruits, vanilla and almonds make it a complex wine with an
