Thanks to a light refinement in oak tonneaux , the wine acquires a spicy finish , with delicate notes of pepper, tobacco leaf and vanilla . On the palate it is soft, structured and persistent , perfect paired with mushroom risotto, roast meats, lamb, cured meats and semi mature cheeses . Serve at 16 18C.
