It hails from the heroic terraces of Valtellina, between Sassella and Valgella, where vines climb between 400 and 600 meters on poor and well ventilated soils. The grapes are harvested by hand in October and subjected to natural drying in a fruit drying room until January, concentrating aromas and structure. This is followed by a
