Grande tritacarne Vintage polluted air composed of: a Colnem bladeThe era of grandmothers at work today here is the large manual meat grinder with a super Vintage crank, which in usually smaller versions was present in all Italian homes. It is fixed to the table top via the lower screw; the meat was inserted into the upper jug and the crank was used to grind it, making it come out of the special side spout. The conservation of this piece is excellent; suitable for furnishing an old tavern or a restaurant.
