Leontine Furcy III Funda de sofá Stoneware and clay table lampHandcrafted stoneware sculpture by Leontine Furcy. Lontine Furcy likes to say that her works lean. The creations of this artist, who describes herself as asymmetrical, bring to life Edgar Allan Poe's adage: "There is no perfect beauty, only a certain singularity of proportions." Her figures are unsettling presences that seem to resist the dictates of the uniform and rationalized beauty that pervades our world.
