As one would reasonably expect given the domaine’s consistently low yields there is fine volume and concentration to the strikingly rich big-bodied flavors that deliver solid length and depth on the distinctly firm and warm finish

spice-tinged dark berries and pungent flowers are sharpened by sneaky mineral and spice flourishes

perhaps just some morels and yes

Vincent Dauvissat, Chablis Vaillons Vintage:2019 As one would reasonably expect(from one third Beugnons and two thirds Chtains). An admirably pure nose offers up aromas of various white fleshed fruit, mineral reduction and lemon rind. There is reasonable volume and richness to the caressing yet punchy and powerful flavors that brim with minerality that carries over to the tension filled, dry and balanced finale. This isnt super dense though I very much like the intensity and overall, this is a wine that should reward mid term
