This Cuvee is a blend of Pinot Noir (57%), Chardonnay (42%) with a dash of Pinot Meunier and Pinot Gris. Sourced from our estate vineyard at Relbia in northern Tasmania. Pale straw with a lively fine bead. Aromas of crisp Granny Smith apple and citrus. A lively palate of crunchy green apple and lemon with hints of toasted biscuit.
