Developed by master distiller Jared Brown after studying the various ways juniper is introduced into London Dry gin over a two year period, VJOP is bottled at 57. 7% ABV, a strength chosen specifically to strike the perfect balance of juniper intensity. During production, three times more juniper is used than in Sipsmith's standard London Dry, undergoing a "triple juniper"
