Valkyrie Statue talsiman Nicholas Brink takes us backValkyries are warrior maidens in Norse mythology who serve Odin. They ride over battlefields choosing which fallen warriors will die and which will live. Those they select are taken to Valhalla, where the warriors prepare for the final battle, Ragnark. Valkyries are often depicted as strong, armored women associated with fate, battle, and the transition between life and death, sometimes also serving as protectors or guides for chosen heroes. 5. 51 x
