Maume (Tawse), Gevrey Chambertin Etelois Vintage:2021 ripe and almost denseA more elegant nose is comprised by notes of spice and floral nuances that add breadth to the red currant scents. The refined, vibrant and beautifully detailed medium weight flavors are delicious though the lingering finish leans out somewhat as it sits on the palate. I like the depth but its not clear that the back end is necessarily going to flesh out with time in bottle.
