David & Nadia, Plat'bos Chenin Blanc Vintage:2021 fresh and restrained nose offersFull bottle 1,353 g. Deep gold and very tangy in an apples and honey varietal way. Quite evolved already (although this bottle has been in our fridge for longer than ideal more than two weeks). There's a burnished, green fruit' quality to this wine grown on granite. Very satisfying and persistent. (JR)
