It has a rather fine and lean, yet complex character with lemon and deep mineral flavors. Full bodied and rich (though less erotic than Les Ursules), this is a spicy, clear, fresh and firmly structured Pinot with grip and a long, refreshing finish. I'd cellar this complex and
