Description
Though it wouldn’t be a crime to enjoy this young
Tasted blind at the Southwold 2015 Bordeaux tasting
very dry and saline finale that delivers outstanding persistence
Lovely stuff and I particularly like the gorgeous mouth feel
Paul Jaboulet Aine, Hermitage Petite Chapelle other_regions_italy Though it wouldn’t be aTasted blind. Glowing colour. Gentle, savoury nose. Fireworks on the nose but a bit lean and reductive on the finish. Is this the Italian? Lightly bitter finish and pretty drying. Not much sweet fruit here. Marked acidity.
