Allium 'Mount Everest' (Giant Allium) Dish Garden Courtesy of the Missouri BotanicalAllium 'Mount Everest' is a striking ornamental onion that features large spherical clusters of pure white blooms atop tall, sturdy stems that reach 36 44 inches tall. Bulbs should be planted at a soil depth of 4 inches and spaced 8 inches apart. Ideal planting season spans from September to December; blooms expected in May to June.
