Jean-Claude Bessin, Chablis Fourchaume Piece Comte other_regions_australia -- David Schildknecht(this is essentially an old vines Fourchaume). Subtle but not invisible wood sets off a similar aromatic profile. There is however noticeably better density to the beautifully textured medium weight flavors that display excellent length on the balanced, clean, dry and youthfully austere finale. This is excellent and well worth exploring.
