Top and bottom are 1 1 2 inch wide on ends. Adjusts from 6 inches to 9 1 2 inches using the 7 pre punched holes. That is measured hole to hole on the ends. Additional holes can be punched to make it smaller yet. Single ply and stitched leather. Sold in pairs.
