Description
Domaine du Pélican purchased this Grand Curoulet north-facing parcel in 2012 located on the side of a hill that dominates Arbois and the Saône plain
Once again there is enough reduction to mask the nuances of the underlying fruit
Lots there with quite a bit of toast
The wood extends to the solidly concentrated flavors that manage to hold their focus better on the sneaky long if slightly warm finish
