They are complete with location dowels, bolts, washers as well as the nut and bolt for the brake adjuster. These are painted black and ready to install on your 1964 1970 Triumph T120 Bonneville and TR6 Tiger. They will fit fit other 650 twins such as the TR6C though they not correct for that specific model motorcycle.
