Again, Chenin Blanc is a "blank canvas" upon which terroir and winemaking techniques are painted upon. Storm Point is vibrant; Left on lees for 5 months to add weight and texture, but Malolactic fermentation was blocked to maintain freshness and acidity. 100% Chenin Blanc.
